Dunoon Happy Days Cat Orkney Shape Mug

This fun mug by Kate Mawdsley captures a variety of breeds of cats all enjoying a day out, ‘happy days’! These cats are all different varieties, some are depicted in a blue convertible car, one driving whilst the others look out at you. Two other cats are cycling on a red tandem, complete with a basket of fish on the back. Birds fly overhead as they drive on a happy adventure. The design continues along the handle with a cascade of pink and purple flowers which matches the flowers in the design.

Orkney

Kate Mawdsley

Kate Mawdsley was born in Lancashire and now lives in a converted barn in East Anglia. Even in the nursery, Kate Mawdsley preferred to play with paper, pencils and paint rather than toys and she maintained her interest in art throughout her education. After completing her degree in fashion and textiles, Kate spent the first ten years of her career in the fashion industry. In the early 1990s, she began gradually to move into more illustrative work. Since then, her repertoire and collection have expanded each year and her work can now be seen on products ranging from Dunoon mugs to cross-stitch fabrics.

Return & Refund Policy

Depending on the reason, you may be asked to send the item back to us.

Please ensure they are returned in perfect condition and packaged securely, because you will only be eligible for a refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in a re-saleable condition.
