Dunoon What A Hoot! White Cairngorm Shape Mug

This delightful mug features a portrait of a pair of beautifully detailed owls with fluffy feathers and large eyes. One bird is a snowy owl which features a black striped chest and large yellow eyes, the other is a long eared owl with large tufts for ears and a speckled brown body. Speckles of paint surround the birds which are set against a white background. There are owl prints climbing up the handle which bring this piece together. This lovely mug makes the perfect morning cuppa and is ideal for any nature lover and is sure to put a smile on the face of the recipient.

Cairngorm
Named after the Scottish Mountains of the same name, is a larger version of the Lomond shape mugs. It has a gentle slope to the body and a curved handle. With a range of fabulous designs to choose from this 'oversized' mug is a must. With a capacity of 480ml they are both dishwasher and microwave safe, with the exception of any mugs with gold embellishment.

Kate Mawdsley

Kate Mawdsley was born in Lancashire and now lives in a converted barn in East Anglia. Even in the nursery, Kate Mawdsley preferred to play with paper, pencils and paint rather than toys and she maintained her interest in art throughout her education. After completing her degree in fashion and textiles, Kate spent the first ten years of her career in the fashion industry. In the early 1990s, she began gradually to move into more illustrative work. Since then, her repertoire and collection have expanded each year and her work can now be seen on products ranging from Dunoon mugs to cross-stitch fabrics.
