This stunning afternoon tea set from the Polka Dot range by Emma Bridgwater is perfect for two people to enjoy tea and cake. The set includes a four-pint teapot, two half pint mugs for your morning tea or coffee, two 6½ inch plates for your cake or sandwiches and a little jug for your milk.

These stunning pieces are adorned with the classic Polka Dot design. This motif features scattered polka dots in multi-colour, set against the cream background of the ceramics. The design is joyful and stylish, making it suitable for any kitchen.

The gorgeous large set is perfect for a friend or loved one on their birthday or any special occasion. It would make a great house-warming present or just for adding a touch of Emma Bridgewater charm to your kitchen table.

This is everyday Emma Bridgewater earthenware at its best! Polka Dot is a wonderful design to mix and match, because of the simplicity of the pattern and the variety of colours on the pieces: pale blue, pale green, dark green, yellow and red on pale cream earthenware. The Emma Bridgewater palette may vary between ranges, but her tonality is always similar, partly because of the sponge-printed nature of her designs. Because of this, her pieces will always work when mixed and matched together. The Emma Bridgewater classic dresser is never restricted to only one range and Polka Dot is the collection which blends all the others together. Arguably the most famous Emma Bridgewater design, possibly the most successful, certainly one of her earliest, Polka Dot is timeless, cheerful, and endlessly versatile.

Emma Bridgewater’s English earthenware is made by hand in her factory in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire in England.

Not suitable for microwave use and not oven safe.

Dishwasher safe, however it is recommended to wash in lower temperature with liquid detergent to maintain appearance.
