Wrendale Designs ‘Hare-Brained’ Hare Lap Tray

Whether you’re on your tablet in bed or having dinner sat on the sofa, this beautiful ‘Hare-Brained’ lap tray from Wrendale Designs is perfect for any fan of Wrendale’s beautiful images.

The surface of the lap tray has a wipe clean finish and is decorated with the ‘Hare-Brained’ design painted in soft watercolour tones, in the signature style of Hannah Dale. The design is depicted in soft tones with every individual brush stroke visible and is surrounded with gentle speckling which feature throughout Wrendale’s designs. It features an inquisitive hare who has rugged brown fur and ridiculously long ears sitting on the ground. He is munching away on a bunch of grass which is hanging from his mouth, with his ears akimbo. Attached to the base of the tray is a mint green cotton cushion that is filled with tiny polystyrene beads which mould to the shape of your lap. The cushion is decorated with more illustrations of beautiful hares, completing the design.

Perfect for working at home or those lazy weekends when you need to get some extra work done! This lap tray would make a wonderful gift for anyone who loves Wrendale Designs on any occasion, be it a house warming, Christmas, birthday or Mother’s Day.

This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.

Depending on the reason, you may be asked to send the item back to us.

Please ensure they are returned in perfect condition and packaged securely, because you will only be eligible for a refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in a re-saleable condition.
