Wrendale Dandelion Mouse Boxed Large Fine Bone China Mug

This beautiful, large fine bone china mug from Royal Worcester is part of the Portmeirion Wrendale Collection. This adorable portrait showcases an inquisitive mouse sat at the top of a dandelion. She is painted in muted browns and whites, decorated with the black paint spatters which are a characteristic of artist Hannah Dale’s work. On the reverse of this mug is the same adorable image of the mouse. Set against a pale grey background, the image is full of intricate details and beautiful tones of brown and cream. With each brushstroke visible, the mice are painted with fluffy hair, long whiskers and are perched in the middle of the softest looking dandelion.

With a capacity of 400ml, this mug is slightly larger for those who like their hot beverage to go a little further, and it is both dishwasher and microwave safe, making it perfect for everyday use! This mug comes in a beautiful, mint green, gift box that features the Wrendale logo and is the perfect Christmas, birthday or new home gift for any animal lovers or fans of Wrendale’s countryside designs that you may know.

Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.

Depending on the reason, you may be asked to send the item back to us.

Please ensure they are returned in perfect condition and packaged securely, because you will only be eligible for a refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in a re-saleable condition.
