This beautiful hardback diary is a beautiful mauve in colour with the simple slogan ‘MINDFULNESS IN FIVE MINUTES’ written in capital letters printed on the front. The design shows an elegant songbird surrounded by tropical leaves and blossoms. The design is accentuated with delicate gold foil details that add another dimension to the illustration.

A diary with a difference, each page of this journal is split into a variety of sections. Each day is split into a double page spread with space for you to write the days date and next to the text ‘LETS DO THIS!’. On one side, the page is split into spaces for your to-do list, your top goals for that day, space for positive thoughts and a space for you to track you daily exercise. The other side is headed ‘TAKE A MOMENT TO PAUSE’ and is split into a box for your daily affirmation, one to list things you are grateful for and your daily reflections, which has been split into things that made you smile that day and things you want to remember about that day. Depending on the reason, you may be asked to send the item back to us.

Please ensure they are returned in perfect condition and packaged securely, because you will only be eligible for a refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in a re-saleable condition.
