An essential for your kitchen, note your supermarket and shopping requirements when they spring to mind with this useful notepad from Wrendale Designs. You can easily attach it to the fridge as it has a magnetic strip across the back, so you can stick it to the fridge and is always to hand when you need it.

The illustration on the front of this shopping pad depicts an adorable hedgehog watching a buzzing bumblebee. The hedgehog has his head tilted to one side as he looks inquisitively at the bee as it flutters around collecting nectar from the red flower. The design is set against a pale green background and surrounding the illustration are speckles of black paint, a small touch which is synonymous with the Wrendale brand. The cover of the pad is printed on sustainably sourced textured board and the Wrendale logo printed at the top.

At the bottom of each roughly lined page is an illustration of another adorable hedgehog out for a wander. Each sheet conveniently tears off so you’re always ready for your next shopping trip.

This shopping pad makes a useful gift for any family kitchen and is the perfect way to ensure nothing is forgotten in the weekly shop! This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.
