On the outside rim of this fine bone china plate is a beautifully painted image of an inquisitive looking owl, stood still and peering into the distance, with soft feathers and beady eyes. Surrounding the image and decorating the rest of the rim is Wrendale’s trademark paint speckling which adds extra detail and contrasts to the crisp white of the middle.

Perfect for dining, serving sweet treats or displaying on your sideboard, this elegant dinner plate is microwave and dishwasher friendly. This 26.5cm plate would make a brilliant gift for Christmas, birthday or as a housewarming gift, especially when combined with other pieces from the range. Wrendale Designs

This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.

Depending on the reason, you may be asked to send the item back to us.
