It can be used for more than just pasta, this fine bone china bowl is also ideal for serving up curries, salads and more.

On the interior rim of this fine bone china plate is a beautiful illustration of a beautiful barn owl in mid-flight, wings spread. Surrounding the image is Wrendale’s trademark paint speckling which adds extra detail and contrasts to the crisp white of the ceramics.

This wonderful 22cm bowl is microwave and dishwasher friendly. It would make a brilliant gift for Christmas, birthday or as a housewarming gift, especially when combined with other pieces from the range. This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.
