Inspired by ‘Baby’, the illustrated character by Hannah Dale has been brought to life as Plush Winnie Elephant. Winnie is a kind and gentle soul who is beloved by all who meet her.

Cuddle up with this stunning plush character, Winnie the Elephant. Winnie is super soft and cuddly, with beautiful grey fur, a long trunk and floppy ears. She is complete with the Wrendale logo stitched in bronze thread on one of her feet.

Each plush animal comes with a little tag with information about the character.

Kind and gentle, Winnie is loved by all who meet her. A daydreamer, she loves to while away lazy afternoons with her trunk in a book. Fiercely loyal, she supports her friends through thick and thin and is always the first one they call in a crisis. Winnie was a talented ballerina in her youth but an unfortunate trunk tripping incident involving the prima ballerina cut her promising career short. Always creative, she loves to crochet and has recently taken up yarn bombing – decorating everyday objects with colourful crocheted creations.

Wrendale Designs

The wonderful Wrendale Designs collection is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by much-loved Lincolnshire artist Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and her signature speckles of black paint.

Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life in the English countryside, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business and the collection has grown over the years, ranging from stationery to homeware, accessories to storage tins, clothing to ceramicware from British brand Portmeirion, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.
