The front of this card depicts an adorable tawny owl with soft feathers and beady eyes. The owl is perched in the treetops surrounded by lush green leaves and has gorgeous brown colourings in its feathers that really stand out painted in the gorgeous watercolour styling of artist Hannah Dale. Surrounding the bird are speckles of black paint, in a way that is very synonymous with the Wrendale brand.

The card is printed on beautiful textured board sourced from the Lake District which has been chosen for its low environment impact and superb quality. This card is left blank inside for you to personalise with your own message and comes with a brown envelope for sending. Designed in Wrendale’s trademark expressive style, this card is sure to be adored by animal lovers, whether it be for birthdays, Mother’s Day, as a thank you or for any special occasion.

Wrendale Designs

This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.

Extremely rarely, in the event of unusually heavy or oversized orders, these shipping tariffs will prove insufficient to cover our costs. In which case we will contact you and request that you pay a postage surcharge to equal our specific shipping costs for your order.

Should you choose not to pay that surcharge we will refund your payment in full and cancel your order. Should we receive no reply to this request we will hold your order for seven days and then refund your payment in full and cancel your order.

Return & Refund Policy

Depending on the reason, you may be asked to send the item back to us.

Please ensure they are returned in perfect condition and packaged securely, because you will only be eligible for a refund once we have received the goods and confirmed they are in a re-saleable condition.

- The reason for the return
- If the item is faulty please include exactly where the fault is on the item

All returns are processed within five working days of them being received and we will send you an email when we have processed your return and inform you of any refunds that have been processed.
