This set of three ‘Whiskers and Paws’ petite A6 notebooks is ideal for keeping on your desk and perfect for jotting down useful notes and lists. It makes a lovely gift for anyone who leads a busy life, likes to keep a journal or just wants to make notes.

Each of the three notebooks is printed on sustainably sourced textured board and has its own design. These include ‘Piggy in the Middle’, ‘Mug Full of Love’ and ‘Grinny Pig’ illustrations by Wrendale artist Hannah Dale. ‘Piggy in the Middle’ features three lovable small pets cuddling up on top of each other. A grey and white bunny rabbit with floppy ears rests on the bottom whilst a guinea pig sits ‘piggy in the middle’ on its back. Perched on the very top is a cute little mouse, with his scruffy brown fur. ‘Mug Full of Love’ is a wonderful illustration of a pair of hamsters who have made themselves at home inside mug dotted with pink hearts and ‘Grinny Pig’ shows an adorable, fluffy guinea pig who is wearing a gorgeous flower crown made of daisies. His fuzzy fur is unkempt, and he has a big grin on his cheeky face. Around all of the illustrations are speckles of black paint, in a way that it very synonymous with the Wrendale brand.

Every notebook has a different interior so whatever you need there is a notebook for you, one having lined pages, one dotted and one left blank. Inside each page has a small illustrations on the bottom corner of each page. With their beautiful brushwork and interesting design, these notebooks are the perfect size for popping in your bag to jot down any ideas or musing when you’re on the go. it would be great as a gift for anyone who loves Wrendale. The trio are boxed in plastic free packaging, a simple paper sleeve keeping them together and it would make a great present for all occasions especially, birthdays, a new job and Mother’s Day.

This delightful range of stationery and accessories is inspired by the animal characters seen in the British countryside, farmyard and home, as well as more exotic creatures. Featuring original artwork produced by Hannah Dale, each image is delicately painted with soft brushwork, subtle colours and paint spatters. Hannah is an ex-stockbroker turned farmer’s wife who, inspired by her rural married life, embraced her artistic roots and began painting the animals in the landscape around her. Since then Wrendale Designs has expanded into a family business, producing a wide range of greetings cards, ceramic, melamine and textile items, all featuring artwork touched with the magic of Hannah’s watercolour brush.
